Since 1996, our family-run business in the heart of Wales has been dedicated to the love of jewellery. We're passionate about handpicking exquisite pieces and even more so about seeing them bring joy. FAQ's - Your Questions Answered

What payment options are available?

We accept payment by credit and debit card all of which are are processed through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). Your details are confidential and secure, and we never have access to your card details. 

We also offer more flexible payment options with Klarna where you are able to spread the cost over three payments or pay after a set time frame. These are all set by Klarna subject to approval. Your card information is never shared with us, we also do not have access to your personal information.

For private viewings we are happy to accept cash payments of up to £2,000. All viewings are by appointment only.

Can I reserve an item from Gold Gallery?

Certainly! We do our best to accommodate our customers and offer you a chance to reserve your dream antique or vintage item for up to 30 days.

A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required to reserve an item. If this is something that you'd like to arrange then please email us at GoldGalleryBoutique@gmail.com

What Information do you store about me?

To process your order we are privy to some of your personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address. We will only use this information to ensure your new jewellery is delivered safely to your door, and will never share it with any third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for further information.

We do offer fantastic offers and would love for you to accept us staying in touch by email. If this is something you would accept please join our mailing list for some extra luxury treats!

When will my order arrive?

  • UK orders will arrive the next working day after dispatch.
  • International orders will typically arrive 3-5 working days after dispatch.

All orders (domestic & international) are delivered by express courier. Any order received before 9am (GMT/BST) will be dispatched the same day!

Where do you deliver outside of the UK?

We ship to much of Europe and to the United States.

US customers please note shipping is free, yet duties are payable for packages arriving in the United States. A separate invoice will be emailed to you for duties.

Returns & Exchanges

If the piece you ordered is not quite what you were hoping for, please return the item to us within 14 days of purchase to exchange the item or receive a refund.

How to Return/Exchange and Item

#1. Please include a note with the returned item with your name, order number and request for either an exchange or refund

#2. Please send back your unworn and undamaged item within 14 days of order, in original packaging to this address:

#3 Upon receipt of returned order, we will issue you a refund or get another piece sent out to you.

You are responsible for covering all return costs, making sure enough has been paid to cover the contents of the parcel. If you have not paid enough, the costs incurred to us will be deducted from your refund

Retain proof of postage from the Post Office (this is free of charge); if the parcel goes missing we cannot issue a refund without proof of your return arriving to us

A refund will be always be processed via the original payment method. If you have paid or part-paid using a gift card, this will be posted to you with the relevant amount loaded.

Important notes:

Any items returned after 14 days or with any visible signs of damage or wear will not be processed.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or returns on earrings.

Who pays for postage?

Any parcel returned is at your own cost unless faulty.

Can I return an item I received as a gift?

An item that was received as a gift can be exchanged. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased.

What if the item is faulty?

As with all fine jewellery, these pieces can be exquisitely delicate - thus, we do encounter faulty items on occasion. Should you encounter this, kindly reach out to us via phone or email (goldgalleryboutique@gmail.com). We will require your name, order number, item description, and images of the faulty product.

What if I’m returning my order from a different country?

You must contact us and ensure that you have posted your item within 14 days of receipt. You must mark 'return' on the customs form when returning to the UK, otherwise we will be charged high import charges which we will not be held responsible for.
